Tony’s at Brentwood was conceived by Antonio "Tony" Bortone. Tony hails from a small town in Italy called Sassano. At the age of 14, Tony immigrated to New York and learned the craft of pizza making in Italian restaurants and Pizzeria. Tony’s love for good food was only matched by his passion for music, so he joined the U.S. Army Band.
Tony retired from the Army in 2011. After his long musical career, Tony decided to open a restaurant which would feature his delicious Pizza and the favorite dishes passed down in his family at an affordable price, resulting in Tony’s at Brentwood.
